Nigel McFarland

Nigel McFarland was born May 28, 1999, Cheraw, South Carolina, the beloved son of Badgie Chapman, Jr., and Kenya McFarland. He was educated in the Richland County Schools and graduated from Dreher High School. After graduation from high school, he attended Arc Labs Welding School and received a Welding Certificate. Nigel was employed at Owen Steel Company in Columbia, South Carolina.
Nigel was preceded in death by his sisters, Kierra Chapman and Jasmine Chapman; his maternal grandmother, Pellie McFarland; his maternal grandfather, Townsend McFarland; his paternal grandfather, Badgie Chapman, Sr.; and his paternal great-grandmother, Clara Molly Hall.
Nigel will continue to live in the hearts and memories of al those lives he touched while he journeyed here on earth.
Surviving to cherish those memories are his mother, Kenya McFarland of Columbia, SC; his father, Badgie Chapman, Jr., of Hartsville, SC; his son, Saheed McFarland of Columbia, SC; his grandmother, Clara Hall of Hartsville, SC; his five brothers, Teddy Gainey, Bryson Chapman, Nicholas McFarland, Broderick McFarland, and Brandon Chapman; his eight sisters, Erica Copeland, Arielle Ramsey, Badginic Ramsey, Makayla Chapman, Trinity Gainey, Badria Chapman, Jasmine Oxendine, and Kimora Smith; his five aunts, Suzy Benjamin, Kimberly McFarland, Jacquline Grant, Tonya McFarland, and Angela Cottingham; his four uncles, Towmsend McFarland, Michael McFarland, George Hall, and Joseph (Grace) Hall; his special cousins, Toneika Benjamin and Matthew Benjamin; his special friend, Darius Copeland and a host of other close relatives and very dear friends.
