Nilda Bartole Obituary
Born in Pirano, Italy, she immigrated to the United States in 1963 with her family.
Nilda was a gifted seamstress and was employed at Selby's Bridal Shop and also at Jeanette's Bridal Shop.
Nilda was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt who left behind family here, in Italy and in Canada.
She was a devout Catholic and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony's Parish for many years.
Nilda is the daughter of the late Mario and Giuseppina (Pisetta) Beltrame; beloved wife of the late, Antonio Bartole; mother of the late Ugo Bartole; sister-in-law of the late, Livio Bartole and Guiseppe Contento; and aunt of the late, Giorgio Contento.
Nilda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Antonella and husband John Burke, Enzo Bartole and life partner Anne, Alessandro Bartole and wife Patricia; her daughter-in-law, Debra; her loving grandchildren, David (Jennifer), Christina, Nicholas (Ashlee), Shaun (Patton), Cassandra, Antonio, and Vincenzo; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jacob, Brooklyn, and Luke; her loving sister, Dirce Contento; her caring sisters-in-law, Nevia Bartole and Anna Maria (Dino) Corradi.
She is also survived by her loving niece Patrizia and nephews, Antonio and Roberto and her caring cousin, Ivette and their families.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, 626 South Olden Ave., Hamilton, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, 1800 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton, NJ.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
