Nishith Sheth

Born in Gujarat, India, on June 21, 1967, Nishith was a man of ambition from the beginning. His journey to becoming a beloved business tycoon and restaurant owner began by crossing oceans and continents. He settled in the scenic town of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, and never looked back. Nishith was the kind of man who was as comfortable belting out a tune during karaoke as he was wheeling and dealing in his restaurant. Now, that's versatility for you!
For those of you who knew Nishith well, you'd agree that he was a compassionate soul with a heart as big as the mansion he'd always dreamed of owning, and eventually did. His dedication was not just limited to his professional life, but extended to his personal life as well. As Mark Twain once said, "The secret of success is making your vocation your vacation." Nishith embodied this quote, living it every day as he hustled in his restaurant, Fine Dine, and enjoyed every bit of it.
Nishith was a family man at heart, dedicated and driven, going above and beyond for his beloved wife, Supriya, and his treasured son, Umang. His loving nature will be remembered fondly by those who survive him. His parents, Jaswant and Pallavi Sheth, who preceded him in death, would no doubt be proud of the man he became.
