Noah Serigny Obituary
He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a long-time boat captain; he worked all his life either on the water or in the fields. In his spare time, he enjoyed building "boat bumpers" and tinkering on projects. He raised his children in church even though they had to take a boat to get there. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Suzanne Serigny; two sons, Danny Paul Serigny and Daryl John Serigny; his parents, Valentine and Norcina Serigny; and thirteen brothers and sisters.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include one son, T. Noah Serigny; three daughters, Rachel Lou Wood, Donnie Ann Lamb, and Carolyn Marie Creppel; and twelve grandchildren.
All funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale, LA.

Noah was also the loving husband of my mother, Patricia (Bradley Drevar) Serigny. He cared for her faithfully during an extended illness at the end of her life.
It was impossible to be with Noah and not know of his great love for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He longed for the day he would leave this place and his faith would become sight. Now he rejoices and worships for eternity in the presence of God.
