It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Noah Alexander Slinker, age 26, of Whiteland, Indiana. Noah was born on August 26, 1999, in Columbus, Indiana, to Jason and Jennifer Slinker. He left this world on September 27, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion. Noah will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Jason and Jennifer Slinker; his sister, Alexis Slinker; his cherished nephew and niece, Aiden Slinker and Evie Miedzianowski; and his beloved fiancée, McKenzie Harold, with whom he was excited to share a future of marriage and family. He was also deeply loved by his dogs, who were always by his side. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eva and Larry Slinker, and James Henderson; uncles, Larry and Jerry Slinker. He is further survived by his grandparents, Dan and Pamela Kershner; aunts and uncles, Melissa and Chris West, Amy and Paul Donica; cousins, Macy, Mallory, Madison, Mackenzie, Emily, Cole and Isabelle. From a young age, Noah was drawn to working with his hands and had a passion for operating heavy machinery. He found an incredible sense of joy in duck hunting, tracking airplanes, farming, fishing, spending time with his family and friends. Noah took immense pride in his career in the construction industry, where his leadership skills quickly set him apart. Above all, he was the best uncle, showering Aiden and Evie with boundless love, laughter, and attention. Noah's life, though far too short, was rich in love and purpose. He will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his loyalty, his laughter, and the warmth he brought to all who knew him. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, 3855 25th St., Columbus, IN 47203. Calling hours will be from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Indiana Donor Network and Ducks Unlimited. Friends and family are invited to gather and share memories of Noah, celebrating the life of a young man who touched so many hearts. To honor Noah in the way he lived, those joining the service are encouraged to wear hunting camo, Hey Dudes, and boots, and to bring their trucks in his memory.
