Noble D. York, age 75, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 20, 1949, in Middlesboro, KY, to the late John and Baby Rose Lee York.

Noble was known by many in the area for the assistance he provided to families. He worked for many years for Child Protective Services in Bell County, KY. One of Noble’s favorite past times was watching ballgames with a group of friends.

In addition to his parents, Noble was preceded in death by his sister, Rosetta York.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Dana Williams and Brittney York (Chris Turnage); grandsons, Zachary Evans, Tanner Evans, Bryson Turnage, and Owen Avery York Williams; great-granddaughter, Maliyah Evans; sister, Georgie (Butch) Wheeler; and brothers, Johnny York, Sam (Connie) York, and Albert York as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
