Nona Clynese Nichols Allred, 91, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Baldwyn Nursing Home. She was born March 17, 1934 to the late Henry Austin Nichols and the late Jewel Christine Barnes Nichols. Back in the good old days she loved to dance and listen to music. She enjoy sitting on the back porch with Carl watching the birds and squirrels. She enjoyed cooking. When she lived in Chicago she loved taking adventures with her first husband, Jimmy and going to Lake Michigan. Nona liked fishing and most importantly she loved her time with her kids and family and extended families.
Services will be 2:00 pm on Thursday September 18, 2025, at Senter Funeral Directors with Bro. Bobby Jarrell officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 until service time Thursday at Senter Funeral Home. Burial will be at Ozark United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include husband, Carl West of Fulton; son, Greg Allred of Fulton, MS, daughter, Sandra (Jack) Kolb of Port Orange, FL, 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many other extended family members, brothers: R.B. Nichols, Gary Nichols, Jerry Nichols; sister, Linda Graves, Brenda Burcham
Preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Jimmy Rowben Allred; grandson, Mark Kloepffer, sister, Elise Senter; brothers: Richard Nichols, Waldo Nichols, David Andrew Nichols, Sr., Calvin Nichols; special friend, Verlon "Chick" Gentry
