Nora Yates

With deep sorrow and steadfast faith in God's promises, we announce the passing of our family matriarch, beloved mother and grandmother, Nora Yates, who was called home to be with the Lord. Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice in knowing she now rests in eternal peace.

Nora was a woman of unwavering faith, gentle strength, and boundless love. She lived her life as a reflection of Proverbs 31:25 - "Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come." Her days were filled with service to her family, quiet prayers spoken over those she loved, and everyone she encountered and with acts of kindness that left lasting impressions on everyone she met.

As a mother, Nora nurtured her children with wisdom, patience, and unconditional love. As a grandmother, she was pure joy - offering warm hugs, heartfelt advice, and prayers that covered her family daily. Her home was a place of comfort, faith, and togetherness, where laughter and love were always present.

She believed wholeheartedly in God's promises and found peace in Psalm 23, trusting the Lord as her Shepherd through every season of life. Today, we find comfort in Revelation 21:4 - "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain." We hold tight to the assurance that she is now embraced by her Savior, free from pain, and surrounded by heavenly glory.

Nora leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith and love through her children, grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends. The values she instilled, the prayers she prayed, and the love she poured into her family will continue to guide generations to come.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." - Matthew 25:23

Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed - until we meet again.
