Joanne I remember when Norbie and Richard and I went out to lunch together and how much fun we had. We laughed a lot. I think we went to Pappadeeaux. What more life can offer but to be able to laugh together with friends.

We worked with Norb in DEA´s Chicago Field Division. He was a true optimist, always with a smile on his face. We will pray for his entire family at this difficult time.

Worked with Norb in the 80´s in the Chicago Field Division, a true gentleman and mentor to many. Always willing to offer a helping hand, he will be missed.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family, friends and memories of a life well lived serving other's. RIP

I had the pleasure of working with Norby in the mid-1980s at the Chicago DEA office. He was a very capable and skilled agent and a true gentleman. He loved his work and, in turn, was loved my those he worked with. My condolences to the family and friends of this fine man. May he rest in peace until we meet again.

My condolences. I remember Norb's smile and thoughtfulness as a senior agent, who always took the time to counsel and provide a friendly word to the juniors. Like me, I'm sure he'll be remembered fondly by all with whom he worked.
