Norma Barnwell Obituary
Norma (nee Bailey) Barnwell of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born February 3, 1949 in Rolla, Missouri to Lloyd William & Vivian Lee (nee Bean) Bailey and entered into rest Saturday, December 20, 2025 in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 76 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd William & Vivian Lee (nee Bean) Bailey; siblings, Brenda (Don) James & Sharon (Kraig) Lewis.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Wayne Barnwell; children, Russell (Renie) Byers, Steven Byers, Beverly (James) Petty, and Richard (Angela) Barnwell; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Mike (Sandy) Bailey; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Norma Barnwell loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren, who brought endless joy and purpose to her life. She enjoyed traveling and especially cherished trips to Branson with her husband, Robert, where they took in shows and local attractions together. Norma also had a love for old country music, which always brought a smile to her face and warmth to her heart. She will be remembered for the love she shared, the joy she found in life's simple pleasures, and the special memories she created with those she loved most.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary. Interment will immediately follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill, Missouri.

Norma, R.I.P sweet Angel fly high. Many sweet memories of my sister-inlaw. Our many family fishing and camping trips and our kids growing up together. I really miss all the family dinners and picnics over the years. Prayers and Condolences to family and friends.
