Norma Claire Brindisi

Norma Claire Pisani (Spagnoletti) Brindisi passed away January 24, 2025 in Canton, GA. Norma was born in Endicott, NY on August 10, 1927 to the late Angeline and Ralph Pisani. She was predeceased by her husband, Reverend P. Arthur Brindisi, whom she married in July of 1990. Prior to that, Norma was united in marriage to Arthur T. Spagnoletti for 44 years, up until his death on February 9, 1989.
Norma's formal education began in Endicott, NY. She later attended Brevard Community College in Titusville, FL, improving her skills and knowledge in the field of banking. She retired from the Savings Bank of Utica in Utica, NY in 1990. Norma was an avid bowler, attended Westminster Presbyterian Church and was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 492.
Norma leaves behind one cherished daughter, JoAnn (Spagnoletti) Adams and her husband J.D of Canton, GA, two beloved grandchildren, Rachele DePalma and her fiance Chris Fuller of Acworth, GA, and Ryan DePalma of Marina Del Rey, CA. She also leaves her sister, Marion Ciancosi of BInghamton, NY, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, many cousins and many, many dear friends.
She enjoyed many blessed years with Reverend Brindisi and his children at special family gatherings: Patsy and Gary GIldersleeve and their children Sarah, Michael and David and Ann Brindisi and her children Jess and Corey.
Norma was predeceased by four brothers: Bruno, Joseph, Anthony and Humboldt Pisani and one sister: Viola Dixon. She was also predeceased by her stepson, the Reverend Dr. Allen Brindisi.
At Norma's request, there will be no calling hours. She will be interned at Crown Hill Cemetery in New Hartford, NY at a later date.
