Norma attended and graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia and received her master’s in education from Southeast Missouri State University. She was instrumental in bringing the special education department to the Farmington school district where she taught for over 32 years.
She loved antiques, golfing, flower gardening, church activities, reading, cooking and traveling with her husband David.
