Norma Jacobs Obituary

Norma Jacobs, 85, of Washington, died Monday, September 8, 2025, while in the care of Shadyside Hospital. She was born on August 18, 1940, in Washington, a daughter to the late John Rufus and Yvette Oral Drew Wheeler. Norma graduated from Washington High School and went on to be an aid for the Washington Hospital. She retired as an Inspector at Superior Valve. In her free time, Norma enjoyed watching her favorite football team, the Steelers, going to the casinos, and traveling all over. Surviving are a daughter, Michelle Jacobs of Washington; a brother, Michael Drew of New Jersey; a sister, Lena Page of Washington; two grandchildren, Porsha and Charles Ceasar; two great-grandsons, Darius Wilson and Isaiah Edwards; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a host of brothers and sisters. All services are private and entrusted to Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington.
