Norma Shepherd Obituary
Norma was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky the daughter of Linden and Lillie (Elliot) Miller. She has been a resident of Kosciusko County since 1950. She was united in marriage to Talmadge Shepherd on October 13, 1961 who preceded her August 7, 2008.
Norma was known to her family and friends as Jean. She was always full of life and laughter. There was always a smile on her face and love in her heart. Jean loved music and dancing. She was at her happiest when she was around her family and friends. She was a member of the Free United Baptist Church in Pierceton
Jean will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Debra Loskill of Warsaw; son Roger (Tonya) Shepherd of Nappanee; her grandchildren Nichole Loskill, Carl (Savana) Loskill, Nicolette Shepherd, Devra (Shawn) Stahley, and Ethan (Merari) Shepherd. In addition, she is survived by 1 brother Garry (Beverly) Miller, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Talmadge, she was preceded in passing by 4 brothers and 1 sister.
A visitation with family and friends will be from 4-8 pm on Friday February 3, 2023 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Ct. Warsaw.
Funeral services in celebration of Jean's life will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday February 4, 2023 in the funeral chapel with Pastor William Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
