Nancy Ann Shepherd

Nancy Ann Shepherd, 84 of Friendship, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born June 29, 1941 in Beech Grove, Indiana to Ernest Milton and Winifred Jean McDonald Marling. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Community Hospitals for many years. She also worked at the ticket gates for the Friendship Shoot for many years where she met people from all over the world and enjoyed cooking for them at her home. She enjoyed working as a Walmart greeter in her retirement years. Her greatest love was for kids. She was "Nana" to many. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and will always be remembered as a kind and generous person.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, John Feaster and Bob Shepherd, her brothers, Charles Fredrick Marling, Thomas Marling and his wife, Beatrice and Edward Ernest Marling.

Surviving to cherish her memories are her children, Kimberly Feaster and her husband, Larry Callahan and Gordon Scott Feaster and his wife, Cheryl. her brother, Rex and his wife, Judy Marling and sister-in-law, Diane Marling. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Bonnie Morgan, Charlotte Miller, Katie Quillen, and Joshua Feaster as well as nine great-grandchildren.

Nancy will be entombed at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood. Memorials may be given in her memory to celebrate her love for children to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shriners Children's Hospital.
