Norma Trembula Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Page Funeral Home - Burlington on Mar. 2, 2026.
Norma Patricia Trembula (Nee Rapagna) of Burlington Township passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the age of 90. The only child of Anthony and Agnes Rapagna, Norma was born in Beverly and graduated from Burlington City High School, class of 1953. After graduation, Norma married her high school sweetheart, Edward N. Trembula and they celebrated 71 years of marriage together. Norma and Ed settled in Burlington Township in 1966 with the orchards and open spaces as their backyard. She was employed in various clerical positions throughout her working career at United Aero, National Gypsum, Masonic Home of NJ and lastly for the chiropractic office of Dr. Stephen Matlaga. Although she worked outside the home, her true calling was raising her family and taking care of her home. This is where she found peace and tranquility. She enjoyed family trips to Long Beach Island and getaway trips to Wildwood with her husband. In her later years, she was fond of observing the wildlife that frequented their backyard, identifying the animal tracks, checking the birds at the feeder and waiting for the deer to return at dusk. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband of 71 years Edward N. Trembula and their children: Keith E. Trembula (Karen Lee) of Janesville, WI, Karen P. Trembula of Burlington; grandchildren: Keith J. Trembula, Aleia Geiss (Dustin), Jack Trembula (Amy), Todd George (Hope), Jamie Trembula, and Kaylin Trembula; 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's name may be made to the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement (atonementfriars.org), World Wildlife Fund (worldwildlife.org) or an animal rescue of your choice.

The family wishes were for private cremation under the care of Page Funeral Home.
