Daniel, Norman E. of Quincy, died February 25, 2025.

Norman was larger than life and loved his family and his faith. He was a scholar of religion, studying many different beliefs. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, boating, and just being on the water. He was an avid reader and had a brilliant mind, always wanting to know more. Norman was a true visionary, decades ahead of his time. Norman had a very successful, interesting career including bail bondsman, business entrepreneur and real estate developer. He purchased his first home in Dorchester at the young age of 19, and his passion for real estate grew from there. In an interview with Metro Housing Boston, Norman said "I've been blessed with good health, a loving wife and family, and success in business. It makes no sense to me not to provide help to those that need it the most. I felt a calling that I was meant to help others in need”. Norman was a great conversationalist and would talk to anyone. He had a big personality and will be missed by all who knew him.

Beloved husband of the late Nancy (Connolly) Daniel. Cherished father of Norman E. Daniel, Jr., Mark Daniel, Toni Ann Houde, Sharita Kamboj, Amy Lewis, and the late Susan Barrett and Louis J Horner III. Loving grandfather of Ryan Brown, Mark Barrett, Richard Lobo, Jr. and his wife Regan Lobo, Angela Snow, Nikki Lobo, Melissa Walsh, and Robert Derochea, great grandfather of Beverly, Brianna, Victoria, Sophia, Richie III, Revon, Rian, Raune, Joey, Xavier, and Jazmine, great-great grandfather of Savannah Rose, Rome, Ahniyis, and Kingston, and also survived by other family members and friends.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Norman may be made to Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.
