Norm and I both went to Emerson School so have known him all my life. He was a year ahead of me in school. Played football together for Quincy High. I did not do hunting until as was an adult but once I started, did spend some good time with Norm, Kent Schuette and Ron Schildt at Norms camp in Meyer. Got to sit in blind even after stopped hunting and also enjoy good bean soup Anita would provide Norm. I walk with a walker and one of last times in blind, Norm drove me to blind, only had to walk about 5 feet to get in the blind but was snow on ground. We were laughing as Norm was going infirst to keep me from falling and Kent was holding me from the top. Would have been a good vidio. Then Norm fixed his great hot chocolate, we talked and was great.. Thanks for lifetime of knowing my friend, Norm "Toe" Dicks.

Anita, I am so sorry to hear this. I will not be able to come to any visitation. I no longer drive so have no other way to get there. I lost my husband more than 10 years ago and one never gets over this. Please know I will be thinking of you . Barbara Ellen (Watters)
