Norman Naif Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jul. 26, 2022.
Norman (Norm) Joseph Naif Jr. passed away at his home on July 19th, 2022 at the age of 73 from an extended illness that he so bravely fought. He was born in Jacksonville, Fl. on February 17, 1949. He lived nine years with his family in São Paulo, Brazil and returned when he was 14.
Norm graduated Bishop Kenny High School and received an Associate's Degree in Business from Jones College. He was part of the Big Red 1 (U.S. Army) and served in Vietnam in 1968/1969, being awarded medals for bravery and exemplary service.
Norm had a distinguished career with General Motors for 32 years and enjoyed fishing, football (especially his Gators), poker night, cooking and being with his family.
He is predeceased by his parents, Clara Crede Naif Razuk and Norman Naif Sr., his sons, Jason Naif and Derick Naif, brother George Razuk and step father Jose Razuk.
He leaves behind a loving family who will miss him very much. His devoted wife of 32 years, Barbara Naif, brother Ricardo Razuk (Kathia), his daughter Heather Naif, two-step sons, Stephen Pike (Sherri), Adam Pike (Whitney), 8 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, cousin Betty Elian who was like a sister to Norm, and two pups that he loved dearly, Tebo and Tilly.
He will have a military graveside service with full honors at the Veteran's National Cemetery on Lannie Rd, on August 5th, 2022 at 10:00 am.
Regrettably, the service will be for family only because of the 30 minute window that we are allowed. Please join the family in prayer between 10 and 10:30 on August 5th. We will feel your prayers.
