Norman Mark Thibodeau was born in Waterville, Maine on November 14, 1956 and peacefully passed away in his home in Shawmut on September 9, 2025 at 68 years old. Mark lived a joyful life and never met anyone that he did not connect with on the first meeting.

Mark spent most of his life working hard in the local paper mill. A place where he forged lifelong relationships. Outside of work, he found joy in life's simplier pleasures of fishing, hunting, golf, classic cars and even tennis. He loved taking care of his yard and loved to settle into a comfortable chair & watch a good football game on T.V.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph A Thibodeau and Theresa M Thibodeau, Donald A. Thibodeau, Steven A. Thibodeau and his beloved partner Chris Aucoin. Mark leaves behind his only son Dustin Thibodeau, grandson Lennon, his sister and brother-in-law Diane and Bill Collins of Arkansas, Nephew Donald Thibodeau and wife Stephanie and his Aunt Sheila Burgess

He also had many loving friends including his constant companion Willow, his dog.

The family asks that you honor Mark's memory by spending a quiet moment outside, casting a line, watching a football game, playing a good game of cribbage, or doing something kind for somebody else.

Mark was deeply loved and will be missed.
