O. Anne Neibaur

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of O. Anne Neibaur on December 9, 2023. Anne, a beacon of love and warmth, was surrounded by her family.
Anne's life was a testament to love and commitment, beautifully illustrated in her marriage to Kent W. Neibaur for 53 years. She was a pillar of strength and nurturing love as the mother of Kelvin Neibaur and his wife Julie, and Kendra Barton and her husband Derrick. Anne's legacy continues through her adored grandchildren – Ryan, Erica, Broghan, Lochlan, Strahan, and Harchan – and her cherished great-grandchildren, Collin and Caroline. Her bond with her brother, Bert Peters, and his wife Maureen, was a source of great joy, as was her role as aunt to Jill Brady,and her husband Don, and their children Kayla and Jack.
To celebrate Anne's life and honor her memory, friends and family are kindly invited to gather at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road in Overlea. The visitation will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, followed by a memorial service at 2:30pm. The interment will be a private ceremony.
