Oak Rayne Levi, received his angel’s wings and went home to be with Jesus on Monday, October 28th, 2024.

He was born at Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Indiana on Monday, October 28th, 2024 to Keith Eli and Olivia (Griffith) Levi.

Oak was preceded in death by his Maternal Great-Grandfather – James Bell; Paternal Great-Grandparents – Keith Eldon and Betty Lou Levi and Paternal Great-Grandparents – Paul Henry and Portia Ann Martin.

He is survived by:

Parents - Keith Eli and Olivia Levi of Paoli, Indiana

Brother – Kaden Levi

Sister – Ansley Levi

Maternal Grandparents – Michael Griffith of Orleans, Indiana

                                         Cindy Bell of West Baden Springs, Indiana 

Maternal Great Grandparents – Mike Griffith (Kay) of Orleans, Indiana

                                                   Bill Clipp (Harriet) of Mitchell, Indiana 

Paternal Grandparents – Keith Levi (Diane) of Paoli, Indiana 

Aunts and Uncles – Josie Day (Orey), Heidi Tye (Corbin), Ethan Griffith (Porsha Price)

(7) Cousins – Hunter, Bentley, Faithanne, Natalie, Mason, Lyla and Odie 


GRAVESIDE CEREMONY

A Graveside Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Lyndel Manship on Monday, November 4th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Orleans, Indiana. Baby Oak will be laid to rest next to his cousin Destin Wayne Moore.
