Obie Jane Clark was born on July 20, 1945 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to her parents, Linton Kidd and Louise (Bradford) Kidd.
Obie attended school in Clinton and grew up in that area.
In May of 1961, she married Raburn (Buck) Clark and they were married for 35 years. They were the proud parents of one daughter, Doris Lea.
Obie worked for Eli Walker Shirt Factory, KimberlyClark in Conway, Arkansas and Green Dental Lab. She was a dedicated member of Higden Church of Christ.
Obie was preceded in death by her parents Linton and Louise Kidd, her husband, Buck Clark and her daughter, Doris Lea and sister JoAnn McKim Scholtz.
Obie is survived by her son-in-law: Ernie Robbins. Brother: Bennie L (Glenda) Kidd, sisters: Lynda L Preslar, Janice L Jones and Brenda L (Mark) Parmentier. Along with many extended family members, friends and loved ones
Throughout her life, Obie had a way of touching people's hearts and opening her home to others. College students came and went, while enjoying her hospitality. She was known to several as Miss Obie or Aunt Obie. She has left a forever impression in these people's hearts.
Obie passed away June 17, 2022 at Conway Regional Hospital. She rejoiced in knowing she would be reunited with her loved ones in heaven.
Visitation will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, June 20, 2022, with funeral services following at 2:00pm at Olmstead Funeral Home with Kevin Feeler officiating. Interment will follow in Settlement Cemetery.

Dear Obie was so good to me in setting up my health food store in Heber. She brought me curtains, planned color scheme. She was (and is still) such a good heart. She will live in my heart until I give her a hug in the great hereafter.
