Odis Lainhart, 83, of Petersburg, Kentucky died Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Woodcrest Health and Rehabilitation, Elsmere, Kentucky.
Odis was born on March 5, 1942, in Kerby Knob, Kentucky to the late Hubert and Nanny (Pierson) Lainhart. He served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea; and was a retired warehouse employee for Pierre Frozen Foods, Cincinnati. Odis was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church, Burlington and loved music, playing his guitar, shopping at Flea Markets or Yard Sales and Hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Nanny Lainhart and his siblings.
Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Rojene (Stuffle) Lainhart; daughters, Gina Lainhart and Lori (the late Harold) Spoonamore; son, Odis W. Lainhart; five grandchildren, Brittney, Jordon (Jamie), Paige (Evan Nantz), Jerrod (Stephanie) and Lexi (Dominick Covey); and four great grandchildren, Tripp, Jenson, Grady and Brynlee.
No visitation. Graveside services with Military Honors 1:00 pm Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, Kentucky. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron, Kentucky is serving the family.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Shriners Children’s Ohio, 1 Children’s Plaza 2 West, Dayton, OH 45404.
