Ola Sue Manning passed on September 14, 2025, at the age of 86, after a brief illness. She was born to Robert Ira Brown and Lora Belle Wrinkle Brown on April 14, 1939, at their home in Tennyson, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Patsy Ruth, her husband James Harry Manning, and her partner, Teddy Whitlock.
She is survived by her children, Diane (Al) Thomerson, Jim (Andra) Manning, Debbie (Mike) Harris, Robert (Misty) Manning, and Dorie (Galen) Lowrance; her siblings, Russell (Virginia) Brown and Kathy (Cy) Young; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
A special Thank you to HOSA and Dr. Brewer and the staff at Sagecrest. The family greatly appreciates their kindness and care for Sue in her final days.
Due to her wishes, there will be no funeral services, but a memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
