Olin "Gene" Noe

Olin Eugene "Gene" Noe, of Republic, MO, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, September 04, 2024. Gene was 89 years old. He was born on July 13, 1935, in Highlandville, MO, to Clyde and Leona (Patton) Noe and was the oldest of three children.
Gene enlisted in the United States Marines and honorably served his country for three years. On April 9, 1955, he married Veneta Payne, and they shared 52 amazing years until her passing in 2007. The union was blessed with three children, Clifford, Brent and Joy. Gene enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, and going to auctions. He enjoyed restoring the furniture and tractors that he would buy at the auctions. Gene also enjoyed vacationing to Colorado.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Veneta and a son, Clifford who passed shortly after his birth.
Gene is survived by his daughter Joy Butler and son, Brent Noe and his wife Brenda, 11 grandchildren, Elaine, Daniel, Marie, Samantha, Ashley, Marcella, Mallory, Jerry, Jessie, John and Clara, 12 great grandchildren, a brother Larry Noe as well as other extended family and friends.
A Graveside Service is scheduled for Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 10:00 am in Manley Cemetery.
