Oliver Cromwell Hubbard Jr. was born June 5, 1962 in Lawn Side NJ; to the late Oliver Sr. and Beatrice Clark Hubbard.
Oliver entered eternal rest at home. Oliver received Christ and was a child of God.
Oliver graduated from Haddon Heights High School in Philadelphia PA. Oliver furthered his education in 1981 by attending; Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia studying Mass Communications.
Oliver enjoyed being around the brotherhood at Morehouse.
After Oliver's mother's death; Oliver decided to move to Plainfield NJ to be close to his cousins. Oliver was an only child; his mother nick named him Puddin. Oliver then became a member of The Calvary Baptist Church; under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. William Gerald Howard.
Oliver loved singing and became a part of the Gospel Choir.
Oliver loved learning and attended Rowan University in Glassboro NJ. and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology.
Oliver's Occupation was with the Plainfield Board of Education; as a substitute teacher at Maxson Junior High School. He previously held a position as a Board of Election Worker, with the Union County Board of Elections; in Elizabeth, NJ. As Oliver's community service he was appointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission in 2006 for Plainfield, New Jersey.
Oliver collaborated as a contributing author in a book titled "His Love Letters Are Amazing". The title of his story was, "The Crash."
Oliver, never allowed anything to hold him back when he put his mind to do something.
Oliver is predeceased his paternal grandparents Orlando and Alice Hubbard; two uncles Royal and Major Hubbard. One Aunt Frances Selby Hubbard; three Cousin Renee Hubbard Long; Patricia Hubbard Cox; Lawrence Dicks. Maternal grandparents, Lewis and Delia Cowen Clark; three uncle's Lewis Clark; George Clark and Nathael Clark; two aunts Isabell Clark; Justina Banks Clark.
Oliver leaves to cherish his memory; a host of loving cousins and friends.
