Oliver Malcolm Huie III passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025. He was a beloved father, brother, cousin, and friend who brought joy and warmth to everyone who knew him.
Malcolm lived life with a spirited love for the outdoors. He enjoyed spending his days on the golf course, water skiing, and snow skiing. He also shared a special bond with his beloved golden retriever, Sally, and his cat, Lucy, who were constant companions and sources of happiness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joy R. Huie and Oliver M. Huie Jr. He is survived by his cherished daughters, Hanna Huie and Haley Huie; his loving sister, Suzanne Huie; and his dear cousins, Scott H. Holloway, Ronald Rowland, and Donald Huie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM all at Thomas L Scroggs Funeral Directors. There will be a graveside following the service at Jones Memorial Cemetery in Forest Park.
Oliver's warmth, humor, and love for life will be remembered always. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
