Oliver Jack Reynolds IV

Oliver Jack Reynolds IV passed away on February 21, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the age of 54. Born on February 21, 1971, in New Orleans, Oliver was a beloved son, brother, and friend.
He is survived by his parents, O. Jack Reynolds III and Anita Caldarera Stephens; his brothers, Michael Reed Stephens and Charles Vincent Stephens; and his stepbrothers, Maximus Reynolds, Midan Kidder, and Moses Kidder. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, O. Jack Reynolds Jr. and Marion Reynolds, and his maternal grandparents, Vincent Caldarera and Lottie Caldarera. Oliver also leaves behind many relatives and close friends who loved him dearly.
A graduate of Mandeville High School, Oliver worked as an independent contractor in the construction trade for many years. He had a passion for skiing, actively participating in ski clubs in Colorado, and also enjoyed golf. Known for his resilience, kindness, and unwavering generosity, Oliver faced life's challenges with a unique sense of humor and an enduring optimism.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025, from 9 AM to 11 AM at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St, New Orleans, followed by a service and Mass at 11 AM. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, 5190 Canal Blvd, concluding around noon. Oliver's warmth, integrity, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
