Olivia Lujan, a beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 26, 2023, surrounded by the family she adored.
She was preceded in death by her parents Carlos and Juanita Abeyta; sisters: Luz, Josephine, Mary, Josie, Victoria, Catherine; and brothers Harold and Charles.
Olivia was survived by her spouse Cipriano Lujan, her only child Jeffery Lujan, daughter-in-law Christine; grandchildren: Kenneth Ortiz, Sabrina Ortiz; sisters: Lorraine, Vangie; and brother Edward.
Her life was a testament to the joy and comfort that a devoted wife, mother, and friend can bring into the world. Born with a heart brimming with generosity, Olivia found her calling in the simple pleasures of life. She was an amazing baker, whose biscochitos and wedding cookies were not just treats but expressions of love. Each batch she made was infused with the warmth of her spirit, and she delighted in the smiles they brought to everyone's faces.
Olivia's love for Elvis's music often filled the rooms of her home, setting the stage for countless cherished family gatherings. Her laughter was the melody and her kindness, the harmony that made every moment with her memorable. She was the cornerstone of her family, and her unwavering dedication to her role as a wife and mother was her greatest pride.
Being around her family was Olivia's greatest joy. Her home was a haven, a place where all were nurtured and cherished. She had a remarkable gift for taking care of people, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her selfless nature was a constant source of comfort to those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Olivia's love extended beyond the human family to include all creatures great and small. Her affection for animals was yet another reflection of her beautiful soul.
Above all, Olivia had a special relationship with God. Her faith was the foundation of her existence, guiding her actions and filling her life with purpose. It was her faith that made her the embodiment of love, and it is this legacy of faith-filled, loving, selfless devotion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
