Oralia Perales Deanda, 71 of Plainview passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025 peacefully in her home surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with Cancer. Services will be held at a later date.
She was born September 26, 1953 in Olton, Texas to Victor & Alice (Hernandez) Perales.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Hernandez; her father, Victor Perales; her brother, Alberto Perales and her sister, Divina Hernandez.
Oralia was known as Mom, Grandma, Mema, Lalla Ora and friend to so many. She was a gifted seamstress and held more talent in her fingers than most people had in their whole body. She was well known for her volunteer work with Dare to Believe Ministries in Plainview. Oralia dedicated 25 years of her life working for Excel (Cargill) in the warehouse. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Texas oncology and Dr. Kelgore for the exceptional care, love and compassion shown to her.
Oralia is survived by one son, Mark Deanda & wife Pam; two daughters, Tracie Deanda and Angelica Perales; her grandchildren, Ambryn Deanda & husband Christian Gutierrez, Ehvan Reyna & girlfriend Raven King, Hope Deanda, Cameron Deanda, Alyssa Deanda, D'laytis Esparza, Meraya Esparza and Harbory Esparza; great grandchildren, Christian Michael Gutierrez, Jr. and Solana Layne Reyna; her siblings, Victor Perales & wife Esther, Linda Perales, Rosie Godino & husband Ignacio, Yolanda Gomez, Mary Campos and Tina Hernandez and many nieces and nephews.
