Heritage Manor in Chisholm. He was born on January 28, 1945, to Olai and Esther
(Vake) Langie. Orlin attended school in Thief River Falls and was a member of
Ebenezer Lutheran Church. He worked at a sugar beet plant in Grand Forks North
Dakota and later moved to Chisholm to be closer to family. Orlin is survived by
his sister, Annette (Steve) Monahan, nephews, Trent (Jesse) Monahan, Garrett
(Gretchen) Monahan, several cousins and extended relatives. He was preceded in
death by his parents Olai and Esther.
Service info
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Oklee, MN. Inurnment will be in Ebenezer Lutheran Cemetery, Oklee, MN.
