Leroy was a dear soul who brought smiles and joy all over as he walked his daily route around Smyrna. He was a Walking Man who learned much about his city by watching council meetings on TV and had opinions on much of it. He was one of a kind. He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to be along his path. Rest in heavenly peace, dear Leroy.
