Otis was a veteran of the US Air Force leaves wife Barbara Moon, stepdaughter Tammy, 4 Grandchildren, a Great-grand son, and his son O.J.
Sisters Olita Moon and Magnolia Moon, Annie, Eric Prist. Brother- Willie, Brenda Fleeting.
In laws Steven, Cindy Leonard and Betty, Barry Whalen. He was predeceased be his mother Clara Fleeting and stepson Philip Callaway III. And a host of relatives. A small gathering will be held on Dec. 5th at 2:00 PM at state veterans cemetery. 317 Bow Ln, Middletown.
