Born on October 27, 1952, in El Paso, Texas, Pablo dedicated his life to connecting with others through the power of radio, where his voice resonated with many and his stories touched countless hearts.
A proud veteran of the Navy, Pablo served his country with honor and integrity, embodying the spirit of service and commitment that characterized his life. His passion for broadcasting allowed him to share his experiences and engage with listeners, making a significant impact on the lives of those who tuned in.
Pablo is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Ramirez. He was also the proud father of eight children, each of whom carries forward his legacy in their own unique way. His family was his greatest joy, and he took immense pride in the accomplishments and happiness of his loved ones.
Pablo was preceded in death by his parents, Pablo Macias Duran and Mari De Jesus Ramirez, whose unwavering support and love laid the foundation for his life and career.
Visitation will take place on October 28, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast, located at 4631 Hondo Pass, El Paso, TX 79904. The Rosary service will follow at 6:00 PM at the same location.
A Mass in his honor will be held on October 29, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 2709 Alabama St, El Paso, TX 79930. He will then be laid to rest with honors at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
Pablo M. Ramirez will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and dedication to both his family and his community. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
