Mrs. Pamela Nannette "Pam" Williams, age 62, of Cohutta, Georgia, departed this life on Tuesday morning, September 2, 2025, at the home of her daughter in Springville, Alabama.

Pam was born July 20, 1963, in Dalton, Georgia, a daughter of the late John H. and Nadine Parrish Dill. She was a 1981 graduate of Southeast High School and went on to earn her B.S. in Education from the University of West Georgia and her Master's degree from Lesley College. For the past twenty-six years, she faithfully served as an educator with Dalton Public Schools, where she poured her heart into her students and was a passionate advocate for those in need. She also loved to travel with her beloved husband.

Pam was a devoted member of McFarland Hill Baptist Church, where her faith in Jesus Christ shone brightly through her prayer life and acts of service. She was known by her family and friends as a godly woman, selfless in all she did, and a prayer warrior who touched countless lives with her compassion and encouragement.

Her greatest joy was her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She treasured every moment spent with them and found deep fulfillment in teaching them and sharing her love of Christ. Pam's legacy of faith, kindness, and service will live on in the many lives she impacted.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert W. Williams of Cohutta; daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Zach Skaggs of Springville, AL, and Christa and Rickey Locke; son, Robbie Williams of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Nora Skaggs, Ellie Skaggs, Bailee Locke, and Emily Williams; brothers, Ricky Dill of Varnell, GA, Mickey and Gejuan Dill of Cisco, GA, and Junior and Deb Dill of Chatsworth, GA; mother-in-law, Edna "Sis" Williams of Dalton, GA; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Services to celebrate Pam's life will be held Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at McFarland Hill Baptist Church (307 Brickyard Rd, Dalton, GA 30721) with Reverend Charles Rogers and Reverend Michael Gazaway officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her parents at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery in Murray County, Georgia. Pallbearers will include Mickey Dill, Jr., Jason Dill, Robbie Williams, Bill Worley, Mickey Dill, Randy Cantrell, and Eddie Hughes.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and on Saturday morning after 9:00 a.m. until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Glioblastoma Research Organization at gbmresearch.org.
