Went to be with the lord on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Pam was born in Elmira, NY on May 5, 1949, to the daughter of Helen (Sheleman) and Joseph J. Peworchik.
Pam is survived by her children with their spouses, Brian (Sue) Bachert, Erin NY, Brad Bachert, Alpine NY, Brittany (Bill) Hornsby, Horseheads NY, and Bridgett Santarone, Elmira NY; 11 grandchildren Evan (Lexi), Emma, Elly and Owen Bachert, Brent and Brendan Bachert, Gavin, Olivia and Greyson Hornsby, Mckenzie and Madison Santarone; brothers Joseph and Carol Peworchik, Spencerport NY, Kenny and Kerry Peworchik, Keuka Park, NY, Wayne and Lisa Peworchik, Keuka Park, NY. She also leaves behind 4 nieces and 4 nephews.
Pam worked at Cornell University as a typist before becoming a stay at home mom. Pam would later work at Howell Packaging before retiring to care for her beloved grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her family, she found joy in baking and cooking for her family. She also found immense joy and peace spending time outdoors, tending to the flowers and garden.
Pam's nurturing spirit, unwavering support and boundless love will forever live on in the hearts of her children and grandchildren.
