Pamela Basham, 62 of Leasburg, MO, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Pamela was born on June 16, 1963, in St. Louis, MO, to the late Eugene and Trudy (Weets) Kantouth. She grew up in St. Louis and attended Catholic High School. Pam was employed as an ATT telephone operator for eleven years later becoming a stay-at-home Mom. She lovingly cared for her family and supported them in any way that she could.
Pam was united in marriage to Charles Basham on July 14, 1995, and they enjoyed thirty wonderful years together. She loved her dogs, Tink, Charwe and Jojo, watching her hummingbirds and her favorite television shows, Outlander and Dexter. Pamela was a homebody who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She embraced her Catholic faith and practiced it all of her days. She passed peacefully with her family by her side and will be missed greatly.
Pam is survived by her husband Charles Basham of Leasburg, MO; five children: Kendall Huffman, Jr, Jennifer Basham both of Leasburg, MO, Brandy Ryan and husband T.J., Courtnay Shy and husband Joe all of Bowling Green, MO, and Amber Patterson of Festus, MO; nine grandchildren; one sister, Zena Trober of Imperial, MO; other relatives and many friends.
