Pamela Kay Carr, 59, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2025. Born on June 16, 1966 in Kansas City, Kansas, Pamela was a devoted mother, proud grandmother, and loyal friend whose warmth and energy touched everyone who knew her.

Pamela's greatest joy in life was her family-especially her grandchildren, who were truly her world. She loved spoiling them, celebrating their milestones, and creating cherished memories with each of them. She was equally proud of her children and found deep satisfaction in their accomplishments, always cheering them on with pride and unwavering support. She had a deep love for dogs-especially her beloved companion, Callie. She enjoyed entering her dogs into frisbee competitions with KCDD, taking scenic rides in her Jeep, and traveling to new places with an adventurous spirit. Pamela found joy in quilting, crafting beautiful pieces that reflected her creativity. She also had a love for photography, capturing the everyday moments and memories. She took great pride in her home and landscaping, finding peace and purpose in tending to her yard and making her surroundings a reflection of her love and effort.

She will be remembered for her generous heart, vibrant spirit, and the deep love she gave so freely. Her absence leaves a hole that can never be filled, but her legacy lives on in the family she adored and the memories she created with them. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Pamela was preceded in death by her mother Linda Pittenger, brother Martin Stevens and her grandparents.

Survivors include her children; James Swarts, Ian (Makayla) Carr, and Dominique (Tyler) Clark, grandchildren; Camden Carr, Paisley Dearing, Harper Clark, Evelynn Carr, and Silas Carr, sisters; Lori (Herschell) Zimmerman and Donna Stevens, multiple nieces and nephews her beloved dog, Calamity Jane.

A Celebration of Life will be at 5:00PM, Friday, July 25, 2025 at Lawson Assembly of God, 527 W 6th St. Lawson, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggest to the family to be donated to Lawson Assembly of God.
