Pamela Jean Everett

Pamela Jean Everett, 60, passed away on October 2, 2024. She was born on September 13, 1964 in Orlando, Florida to Alfred Andrews and Brenda (Futch) Andrews.
Pam worked for many years as an ophthalmic laboratory technician, but was a jack of all trades. She could change an engine in a vehicle and whip up a great potato salad. Pam loved to cook, and those around her loved her cooking. Above all, she deeply cherished her family and friends, and was no stranger in helping others, especially when it came to her children and grandchildren. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. The Florida State Seminoles lost a big fan with Pam. She collected much of their memorabilia. In addition to collecting FSU merchandise, she was also a collector of anything Betty Boop and Princess Diana. She loved "The Queen of Country," Loretta Lynn, and was able to see her in concert many times.
Pam recently accepted Christ and became a member of The Family of God, and a member of the Wekiwa Springs Baptist Church. She was eager to get to know God, and would always ask questions to guide her on her path to salvation. Pam grew to love God, and began having a relationship with Him.
Pam leaves behind a loving family that includes her daughter, Amanda Nicole (William) Hobbs-Jarvis; her son, Jason Alfred (Ashley) Hobbs; her brother, Tracy (Patricia) Hobbs; her six grandchildren, Austin, Bradly, Shelby, DJ, Leland, and Garnett; and her lifelong friend, Diane Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Brenda and Alfred Andrews; her brother, Terry Hobbs; her sister, Deborah Daniels; her granddaughter, Gracelyn Hobbs; and her nephew, Christopher Daniels.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Wekiwa Springs Baptist Church, 584 N. Wekiwa Springs Road Apopka, Florida 32712.
