Pamela Kay Mills

Pamela Kay Mills, born May 26, 1962, in Comfort, NC, passed away peacefully at her home in Richlands on December 2, 2025, at the age of 63.

A memorial service to honor Pam's life will be held on Saturday December 6, 2025, at Jacob's Well Church, 121 Twin Ponds Rd

Richlands, NC 28574, at 6:00 pm, with visitation to follow after the service. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of a truly extraordinary woman who touched so many lives with her kindness and strength.

Pam was a woman whose love shaped everyone fortunate enough to know her. She devoted her life to her family, carrying the values instilled by her parents, Marvin and Olife Mills. She is now reunited with her beloved son, Timothy Russell Eubanks ("Pooh Bear"); her brother, James Henry Mills; and her father, Marvin Mills.

She leaves behind her mother, Olife Mills; daughter, Jennifer Kellum; her son, Nicholas Mills, and his wife, Ann; sister, Norma Daniels, her close friend and honorary family member Mike Curvin; brother, Mark Mills, and his wife, Sandy; many nieces and nephews and also her honorary "son," Preston Bluitt ("Blue") and lastly her beloved dog Chantilly Lace ("Tilly").

One of Pam's greatest joys was her grandbabies: Alexan, Karsun, Brody, Brantley, and Henry. They were the light of her life, and she loved them with a fierce and tender heart.

A hardworking accountant and business owner Pam faced every challenge with grit and determination. Her intelligence and dedication to her work set her apart from most. Yet no matter how full her days were, she always made room for the people she loved. Her strength was steady, her kindness unwavering, and her dry sense of humor unforgettable.

On those occasions when she made time to relax she found peace on her boat fishing with her grandbabies or simply riding the river,- despite never learning to swim. She also loved traveling when her health and time permitted

Pam was generous, stubborn in all the right ways, and full of grit and grace. She had a gift for making people feel seen and loved-and for simply being there for others when they needed it the most.

Her memory will forever be cherished by all those who knew her.
