It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pamela "Moo Moo" Beasley, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who departed this life on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on January 11, 1946, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Pamela was a beacon of love and compassion. She resided in Hinesville, Georgia at the time of her passing.

Pamela's life was a testament to dedication, kindness, and the pursuit of knowledge. A trailblazer in the medical field, she was part of the first graduating class of the BSN nursing program at Armstrong State College. Her career spanned from St. Joseph's Hospital, where she worked devotedly in the Neuro ICU Department, Recovery, and CCU. Even after her retirement, her passion for nursing led her to serve as a Hospice Nurse in Savannah, Florida, California, and ultimately Hinesville.

Pamela was not only a nurse; she was a beloved mentor and educator, imparting her vast knowledge to aspiring nurses at Armstrong. Her commitment to her profession was paralleled only by her love for her family and her community.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Joseph Kovalcin (Mary), Tammy Ramsey, and Andrew Kovalcin (Rachel). She is also survived by her brothers: Harry Manning (Lesley), Glover Manning (Brenda), and Jimmy Manning. Her legacy lives on in her grandchildren: Betsey Love (Matt), Brittany Sample, Cassandra Toledo, Jacob Kovalcin (Kayla), Tyler Kovalcin, Zach Hadden, Andy Kovalcin, and Austin Kovalcin, and her great-grandchildren: Haylee, Bryce, Harlee, Devin, Presley, Landon, Xavier, Chandler, Kaylob, and Frankie, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Pamela is preceded in death by her parents, G.P. Manning and Betty Manning.

A proud member of the Red Hat Society, Pamela loved the color pink, which symbolized her vibrant personality and zest for life. She found joy in shopping but treasured time with her family above all else.

A visitation will be held in Pamela's honor at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel, Savannah, Georgia, on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm. In tribute to Pamela, guests are strongly encouraged to wear her favorite color, pink.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Georgia Hospice Care or Breast Cancer Awareness.

Arrangements are entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel, who have provided thoughtful guidance and support during this time.
