Mrs. Patricia Ann Beasley, 78, of Cusseta, GA, passed away on March 28, 2026, at Four County Health and Rehabilitation in Richland, GA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 2:00PM in the chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home in Buena Vista with Rev. Mark Hudson officiating. Private interment will be in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery at a later date. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5:00 – 7:00PM.
Mrs. Beasley was born October 22, 1947, in Erie, PA to the late George and Dorothy Pencille. A doting wife of 57 years, caring mother, and loving meamaw to grand and great grandchildren. She was passionate about her family and making sure everyone knew how much she loved them by feeding them. She survived a lot in her life, resulting in a woman who was tough as nails but kept her heart of gold. She was an avid baker who enjoyed church bake sales and simply welcoming guests with a pan of her famous freshly baked brownies. She loved traveling, especially when it involved seeing her family and friends. Whether it was a trip to Erie, Pennsylvania or Abbeville, Alabama she was always ready to hit the road. She was a woman ahead of her times with her love for online shopping and unique taste in music, including Jelly Roll. She was referred to as the ‘Amazon queen’, but even that was rooted in her love for taking care of others by surprising them with things that reminded her of them. She was a great story teller with a knack for making everyone around her laugh. Her smile will be truly missed. She was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Beasley and a granddaughter, Shianna Beasley.
Survivors include her devoted husband, SSG (Ret.) Gordon Beasley of Cusseta, GA; four children, Billy Beasley, Dorothy Beasley, William Beasley, and Hunter Beasley, all of Cusseta; thirteen grandchildren, Kristen Neisent (Nicolas), Darian Beasley, Frances Beasley, Dakota Majores, Anna Majores, Dustin Beasley, Leanna Beasley, Breanna Beasley, Blake Beasley, Aleah Long, Matthew Beasley, Aiden Beasley, and Eathan Beasley.
