Pamela Jane Outley of Glendale, AZ passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 66.
Pam was born on July 17, 1958, in Quincy, IL to James Virgil and Rose Ann (Schmitz) Sharpe. Her parents preceded her in death along with her granddaughter Tajaa Outley.
Pam was a 1976 graduate of Highland High School and a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force serving as a medic and independent duty tech in Kansas, Turkey, Guam, Little Rock, Holland, Germany, Iraq, Utah and Arizona.
She was previously united in marriage to Jerry Outley. This union produced two children, Truman Lamar (Magali) Outley and Stephanie Denise Outley to whom she was very devoted. Together they enjoyed their grandchildren, Qamar Outley stationed in Korea and Athena Outley of Tucson, AZ.
Pam spent the next 20+ years as a certified nursing assistant and caregiver. She retired in 2019 due to health issues. She enjoyed her family, cooking, reading, sports, old movies and puzzles.
Along with her children and grandchildren, she is survived by her brothers Greg (Theresa) Sharpe and Daniel (Rayetta) of Ewing, MO, sisters Barbara (Michael) Likes of Quincy, IL, Brenda (Kenny) Weber of Liberty Hill, TX, Susan Herard of Georgetown, TX, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on March 7, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ at the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Maryvale Chapel from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
A memorial service will be held in Missouri at a later date.
