Pamela Pearson Obituary

Pamela Reid Pearson, 57, of Gillsville, gained her wings and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
Born on June 6, 1967, in Atlanta, she was a daughter of William "Bill" C. Reid and the late Diana Gray Reid. Pamela attended Duluth High School where she loved being a cheerleader. Pam won Governor's Honor and took pride in being in the Miss Duluth pageant. As an adult, her favorite part of life was being a wife and a mother not only to her daughters but to all their friends as well. She loved to sing and dance, and is remembered for being the life of the party. She had a smile that made you feel instantly happy and a laugh that was contagious.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Scott Pearson; and daughter, Katie Pearson.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Tatum and Randall Kinney, and Hannah and Allen Henderson; father and stepmother, Bill and Sharon Reid; sisters, Leah Henderson, Kelly Sumner, and Tammy Clemens; brother, Brantley Dunaway; aunts and uncles, Brenda and Hal Ramakers, and Suzanne and G.A. Holdsworth; several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
