Remembering Paolo Ferrante
Paolo Ferrante, born in Palermo, Sicily, passed away on August 30, 2025, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was a man of few words and steady hands, carrying his heavy Italian accent with him wherever he went.
An auto body man by trade, Paolo could fix just about anything-cars, watches, or whatever needed mending. He was just as skilled in the kitchen, known for his spaghetti that was made with love and shared with family.
Paolo is survived by his wife, Jackie; his children, Giuseppe, Angela, Giovanna, Daniel, Alicia, and Adrian; also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will remember him in their own ways.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Ellison Park in Monticello, Minnesota. We invite friends and family to gather, share memories, and celebrate his life.
