Parker Owen Sefert, was born June 13, 2013, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Brad and Jessica (Langenwalter) Sefert.
Parker was a sixth-grade student at Hoover Middle School in Waterloo. He loved gaming; Fortnite was his favorite. Parker enjoyed spending time with his people and countless friends, especially gaming with his best friend, Beckett. Nothing came close to his walks with Dad and watching Tik Tok videos and cuddling with Mom while she watched him play Virtual Reality.
Parker passed away on November 15, 2024, at his home, at the age of 11. He is preceded in death by his great-papa, Don Dixon. Left to cherish his memory, his parents, Brad and Jessica Sefert of Waterloo; paternal grandparents, Gary and Mary Sefert of Oelwein; maternal grandparents, Karl and Tammy Langenwalter of Waterloo; great-nana, Jan Dixon of Cedar Falls; aunts and uncles, Greyson Langenwalter, Blake Langenwalter, Angie (Jason) Edgington and Tracy Sefert; cousins, Mason Henriksen and Cole and Zoe Edgington; other extended family members, far too many to mention; and his cats, Emma, Mya and Aurora.
Memorials may be directed to the family.

Having lost both my children I can assure you that with time, your heartbreak never goes away - you are able to go on. Praying for you and yours and your grief journey.
