He is survived by his wife Belzua Pando; one son: Arturo (Dora) Pando; four daughters: Ninfa (Danny) Lamb, Delma (Tony) Rey, Mireya (Michael) Trujillo, and Dana (Micah) Trujillo; one sister: Gracia Carrasco; fourteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
