Born to this life on August 27, 1935.
Born to Eternal Life on April 2, 2025.
Preceded in death by her father, T. Herbert Smith and by her mother Genievieve (Farris) Smith.
Survived by Thomas, her husband of sixty-seven years, and by her sister Sandra Kintzler. Loving mother of Mark (Tammy), Steven and Susan (Ronald) Provenzano. Adoring grandmother of Elizabeth, Sally, Alexandra, Thomas, Joseph, Johnathan, Sofia and Nate.
Pat was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where she was a member of Alpha Delta Sigma Sorority. She used the knowledge and training to teach the deaf and young children.
Visitation at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church, N27W24000 Paul Court, Pewaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, memorial service at 2:00 PM and a reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
