With hearts full of love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Patrice Annette Alder, of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, who peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on October 8, 2025. She was 67 years old.

Born on July 31, 1958, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Patrice was the beloved daughter of Lillian and Ernest Alder Jr. She was the youngest daughter of six children. Besides her parents, Patrice was preceded in death by her brother Ernest Alder III and sisters Betty Anne Alder and Sharon Williams. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Anecca Robinson, and her treasured grandson, Micah Lewis; her loving sister, Kathleen Savage; and brother, Phillip Eugene Alder. Her legacy continues through her many nieces, nephews, and several other beloved relatives and friends who were blessed by her life.

A proud graduate of the Coatesville Vocational School, Patrice went on to achieve her lifelong dream of becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. She dedicated her career to serving others with compassion and skill, working at the VA Hospital in Coatesville, where her caring heart and gentle hands brought comfort and healing to countless patients. Patrice's life was a true reflection of service, devotion, and love.

Patrice's faith was the cornerstone of her life. A faithful member of First Baptist Church of Passtown, she lived with a quiet yet powerful faith that inspired everyone around her. She found joy in life's simple, beautiful moments-baking her famous zucchini bread, crocheting with care, and nurturing those she loved. Patrice adored butterflies, Tweety Bird, hot tea, and the warmth of a home-cooked meal-especially spaghetti.

Her life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and faith-a story woven together by her steadfast spirit and the lives she touched. Though our hearts mourn her absence, we find comfort in knowing that Patrice now rests in peace, embraced by the eternal love of God and hearing the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
